Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We look forward to welcoming you to the clinic soon. We will send a reminder of your appointment 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If for some reason you can no longer make your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice to enable us to try to offer your appointment to someone else. Cancelling at short notice, or failing to turn up to your appointment, results in wasted clinician time and deprives another client of the opportunity to take that appointment.
Cancellation Charges
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of your booked treatment or redeem a credit from a prepaid package in the following circumstances: if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and we do not manage to find another client to take the appointment; you fail to attend your appointment without providing any notice; or you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, meaning that we do not have sufficient time to perform your treatment. In any of these circumstances, if the missed appointment is part of a course of treatments, the missed session will be regarded as having been redeemed.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
You can cancel your appointment by calling us on 01244 723300, emailing us on info@ddclinical.com, or sending us a message on our Facebook or Instagram page. If you fail to attend an appointment without notice on more than one occasion, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any more bookings from you. This policy may be waived at the manager’s sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Treatment Completion Deadline
ALL TREATMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
Deposits
A £25 deposit will be payable at the time of booking an appointment. Your booking will not be confirmed until such deposit is paid. Any deposit paid will be deducted from your total bill for the treatment provided. Deposits are non-refundable unless we require you to cancel your treatment (e.g. for circumstances beyond our control). Should you cancel your treatment with 24 hours’ notice or more, your deposit will be returned to you in the form of a credit towards future treatments at the clinic. Such credits must be used within six months of their date of issue.
Deposit and Late Cancellation / Non-Attendance
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, do not attend your appointment without giving any prior notice, or are unable to have your treatment because you haven’t prepared for the treatment in accordance with any prior instructions given by the clinic, then your deposit will be put towards your cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct the cancellation fee from any deposit you have already paid. This policy may be waived at the manager’s discretion, e.g. in the event of an unforeseen emergency. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Discounts and Vouchers
We reserve the right to offer discounts and vouchers to selected customers from time to time.
General Terms for Discounts, Money Off and Vouchers
We accept some money off, discounts and instant rewards, in the form of vouchers, receipts, offer codes, QR codes, or otherwise (“Vouchers”). We also offer money off vouchers/discount codes/QR codes that can only be used online (“Electronic Vouchers”). Vouchers/Electronic Vouchers may be automatically printed at our till, or some may be emailed, posted on our social media, or posted in advance. All information in relation to the money off, discount, promotion, validity dates and how to use it will be written on the Voucher/Electronic Voucher, or in the email, or in the corresponding terms of redemption. By using the Voucher/Electronic Voucher or accepting the money off, you accept the terms and conditions that are valid for each discount or promotion.
An Electronic Voucher for money off a minimum spend can be used online only, unless stated otherwise. Please note, some Vouchers/Electronic Vouchers are valid with particular stylists/therapists only. See the Voucher/Electronic Voucher terms for redemption details. Multiple Vouchers/Electronic Vouchers may not be redeemed within the same transaction.
You must hand any paper Vouchers over to the salon/clinic at the outset of your transaction if you wish to redeem same. We will not accept amended, damaged or photocopied Vouchers. We may not accept Vouchers which have incorrect codes. We do not accept any liability for lost or damaged Vouchers. Electronic Vouchers are surrendered by using the code or reference on them and can only be redeemed once.
Vouchers including Electronic Vouchers are not transferable, cannot be used more than once and have no cash value. Unless otherwise specified, Vouchers can only be redeemed against one item. Vouchers/Electronic Vouchers once redeemed cannot be carried over if they are unused in accordance with the terms of the specific offer. Vouchers and Electronic Vouchers are applied at the end of the transaction when all other promotions and discounts have been removed and prices have been calculated.
We do not accept any responsibility for any computer or equipment failure resulting in a transaction failing to register or any Voucher/Electronic Voucher failing to be generated, printed or redeemed. We also do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers. Once you have the Voucher, it is your responsibility to keep it safe. Our decision is final with respect to whether a Voucher/Electronic Voucher will or will not be honoured. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend any promotion or Voucher/Electronic Voucher in whole or part at any time and to withdraw or substitute items in a Voucher promotion at any time.
All promotions, including Vouchers/Electronic Vouchers, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All reference to the promoter in our Vouchers/Electronic Vouchers is DD Clinical Limited, Frodsham Court, Frodsham Street, Chester, CH1 3JT, unless specified otherwise.
Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing DD Clinical for your treatment/service needs. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our valued clients. Please review our “No Refunds” policy regarding treatments/services outlined below.
All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made for a treatment or service at DD Clinical, it is considered non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to aesthetic procedures, consultations, injections, laser treatments, and any other services provided by our clinic. Before undergoing any treatment or service, clients must provide informed consent, including understanding the nature of the procedure, potential risks and benefits, expected outcomes, and associated costs. While we strive for client satisfaction, individual results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment instructions. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes and dissatisfaction with the outcome of a treatment/service does not qualify for a refund.
Vouchers and account credit are valid for one year from the date of purchase or issue, are non-transferable, and can only be used by the account holder or voucher recipient. Vouchers and account credit cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other form of value, and once purchased or applied they are non-refundable. Any voucher or account credit not used within the validity period will expire and cannot be reinstated. Vouchers and account credit can only be used for services or products provided by the clinic and may not be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or account credit.
Mother’s Day Gift Voucher Promotion – Full Terms & Conditions

Booking & Cancellation: Appointments booked using a voucher are subject to DD Clinical’s standard deposit and cancellation policy. Failure to provide the required notice period, non-attendance, or late arrival may result in the voucher being redeemed in full or in part.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Amendments: DD Clinical reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, misuse or circumstances beyond our control.
30% Valentines Offer
This promotional offer is valid at DD Clinical Chester only and applies to treatments booked and undertaken between 10th February 2026 and 28th February 2026 inclusive. Appointments must fall within this promotional period; treatments carried out outside of these dates will not be eligible for the discount. The offer provides 30% off selected non-prescription aesthetic and skin treatments. The discount is applied to the treatment cost only and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous bookings, treatments already paid for, or ongoing treatment courses started prior to the promotion start date. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, loyalty schemes, referral rewards, or package pricing. Only one promotional offer may be applied per treatment or per client during the promotional period. Prescription products and/or prescription-only treatments are excluded from this offer. Subscription Terms & Conditions

General: DD Clinical Ltd (“DD Clinical”, “we”, “us”) offers subscription payment plans via GoCardless Direct Debit to allow clients to spread the cost of selected aesthetic treatments. Subscriptions are interest-free monthly payment plans and do not constitute a credit agreement. All subscriptions are subject to medical consultation, clinical suitability and practitioner approval and are available to clients aged 18 years or over only.

Payments: Monthly payments are collected in advance by GoCardless Direct Debit. The first payment is taken at the time of subscription sign-up. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of treatments until the account is brought up to date and DD Clinical reserves the right to terminate a subscription where payments repeatedly fail.

Treatment Accrual: Treatments included within a subscription may only be provided once sufficient monthly payments have been successfully collected to cover the standard pay-as-you-go cost of the first treatment. Until the required amount has accrued, treatments cannot be booked or administered. Accrued payments are non-refundable once treatment has been received. DD Clinical reserves the right to delay or refuse treatment if payments are in arrears or insufficiently accrued.

Subscription Duration: 12-month subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 months and 3-month subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months. Subscription terms commence on the date of sign-up, not the date of first treatment.

Medical Treatments & Clinical Discretion: Injectable treatments (including Botox®, dermal fillers, skin boosters and polynucleotides) are prescription-only medicines. All treatments require consultation with, and approval by, a qualified prescriber. DD Clinical reserves the right to decline, delay or modify treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. Where treatment is deemed unsuitable, payments already made are non-refundable, although alternative treatments or account credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

Booking & Use: Treatments must be used within the subscription term and do not roll over. Unused treatments expire at the end of the subscription and are non-refundable. Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Flexible Area Switching: Flexible area switching applies only to Botox subscriptions and allows substitution between facial areas of equivalent clinical value, subject to clinical suitability and practitioner approval. Area switching cannot be accumulated, exchanged for cash, or used to increase total treatment value.

Subscription Benefits: Active subscription members may receive benefits including 20% off selected treatments (excluding subscription treatments, packages and sale items), 10% off retail products, complimentary consultations, treatment reminders, birthday offers (redeemable within 30 days), exclusive member events and refer-a-friend bonus (terms apply). Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value and may be withdrawn if the subscription is cancelled or payments fail. DD Clinical reserves the right to amend or withdraw benefits with reasonable notice.

Missed Appointments: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of the treatment.

Cancellation & Cooling-Off: Clients may cancel within 14 days of sign-up under the Consumer Contracts Regulations provided no treatment has been received. If treatment has been received during the cooling-off period, the subscription cannot be cancelled. After the minimum term, subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

Early Termination: If a subscription is terminated early for any reason outside the cooling-off clause, the full remaining balance becomes immediately payable. DD Clinical may terminate a subscription immediately for breach of these terms, abusive behaviour, or repeated missed appointments.

Plan-Specific Terms: Botox subscriptions are limited to the areas/frequency stated and dosing/suitability are determined by the clinician; treatments proceed only once sufficient payments have accrued and unused treatments expire at the end of term. Hydrafacial subscriptions include the stated number of treatments per 12 months, must be spaced appropriately, proceed only once sufficient payments have accrued, and cannot be exchanged for cash/other services. Dermal filler subscriptions (3-month plans) include the stated volume only; product choice and placement are determined by the clinician and treatment may only proceed once sufficient payments have accrued to cover the full cost; results vary. Skin boosters/polynucleotides subscriptions include the stated number of treatments over 12 months, may be limited to new subscribers and redeemable once per client, proceed only once sufficient payments have accrued and savings are based on standard pricing at publication.

Pricing & Promotions: Subscription prices are fixed for the minimum term. Savings are calculated against standard prices at the time of publication and may vary. DD Clinical reserves the right to amend pricing for renewals or new subscriptions.

Data Protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the DD Clinical Privacy Policy. GoCardless acts as a data processor for payment collection.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Free Skin Booster Promotion
This promotion is valid Thursday and Friday only on the advertised dates. One complimentary Skin Booster (RRP £350) is available when a qualifying treatment with a minimum spend of £200 is booked and purchased. The offer is available to new and existing clients. The complimentary Skin Booster is subject to consultation and clinical suitability and a full medical assessment will be carried out prior to treatment. The complimentary Skin Booster must be redeemed within 30 days of the qualifying treatment appointment; failure to redeem within this period will result in the offer being forfeited. The Skin Booster has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative treatment, credit, or refund. The complimentary Skin Booster may be administered during the same appointment or at a separate appointment, at the clinic’s discretion and subject to availability. Black Friday 2025 – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional offers referenced in DD Clinical’s Black Friday 2025 campaign unless expressly stated otherwise. By purchasing or redeeming any offer, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms. Validity: Prize vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from 26 November 2025 and expire on 26 May 2026. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, reissued, extended or refunded. If a voucher includes multiple treatments and a course has commenced, it must be completed within 12 months of the first session or remaining sessions will be forfeited.
