The treatment itself

Most people carry on their day as normal after a Botox treatment. It’s best to take it easy, avoiding strenuous exercise, extreme heat (like a sauna), alcohol, or any other facial treatments for 24 hours. But after that, you can return to your usual routine.
We also suggest keeping your facial muscles active after the procedure to help the treatment take effect. You should also avoid any unnecessary touching of your face for 24-hours.
