Cellulite Reduction

Cellulite is a common problem that effects up to 95% of people at some point in their lives, regardless of shape or size. It can have a huge effect on confidence. Enlarged individual fat deposits beneath the skin that push up against the underlying connective tissue, create the uneven skin surface and dimpled appearance of cellulite. Alma Accent cellulitis treatment uses a combination of RF energy and mechanical massage to increase metabolism of adipose tissue, reducing fat cell volume, stimulating lymphatic drainage and visibly smoothing the texture of the skin. This helps to reduce cellulite, tighten skin and leave your body looking smoother. We focus on the most advanced methods to leave you with the best results, without any downtime or discomfort.

The cosmetic condition affects nearly 90% of women at some point during their lives, even women who are otherwise slender and fit.

Hormones also seem to play a role in the appearance of cellulite: for women as they age their bodies produce less estrogen—a hormone that helps keep blood vessels flowing smoothly. Less estrogen can mean poorer circulation, which can also mean a decrease in new collagen production and the breakdown of older connective tissue.

Regular exercise cannot cure cellulite, but in many cases it can help prevent or reduce its appearance. Cellulite occurs when connective fibers underneath the skin become weak or lose their elasticity, but stretching and strengthening those areas (in addition to burning away excess fat overall) can help.

Focused  Depth Control

Patented Alma Unipolar technology allows for focused, safe and deep heating of tissue at various depths within the skin. With variable depth control, practitioners have the flexibility and precision to treat the target area for optimal results.

Target Fat Cells

Cold Shear Wave & Hot Ultrasound

Accent features a patented combination of longitudinal and transverse Ultrasound wave technology. This wave is called Shear wave. It allows us to selectively target fat cells, while leaving surrounding tissue unharmed. The shear wave vibrations disrupt fat cell membranes, leading to gradual breakdown and release of stored fat. Damaged fat cells are then disposed from body through the lymphatic system.

Using unique microplasma technology, the Accent Prime Pixel RF™ module provides skin resurfacing treatment by both ablating and heating the skin. Through controlled perforation and focused energy delivery, Pixel RF treats the affected area while leaving surrounding healthy tissue intact. This allows the skin to heal faster as the epidermis is regenerated, yielding improved results with minimal risk and reduced downtime.

Accent Prime is safe and effective with no side effects or downtime. You can return to your normal activities immediately after treatment.

Treatments with Accent Prime are safe and effective for all skin types (I-VI) as well as for thin and delicate areas of the face, neck and décolleté

Gradual heating and an integrated cooling system prevent pain and provide a more comfortable treatment. There is no downtime. Patients may return to their normal activities post treatment.

Depending on the indication you wants to treat, we recommend 4-6 sessions, but in most cases results can be seen by the second session.

2 weekly intervals are recommended between treatments.

Treatment starts from £250. Additional savings can be made when purchasing a course of treatment.
