For the majority of people, there are no side effects at all. However, in some cases, there may be redness, swelling or tenderness or bruising around the treated area. Often this resolves within a few hours.

Apart from that, you’ll usually be able to return to work within 1 -24 hours and feel fully recovered after 48 hours.
